Getting Started
How do I start planning my vacation?
Just reach out! You can contact us through our website, email magic@nvrgrwn.com, or call (123) 456-7890. We’ll set up a time to chat about your trip—no pressure, no obligation. From there, we’ll ask questions, learn about your family, and start building your perfect plan.
Do I have to know where I want to go before contacting you?
Not at all! Many of our clients come to us with a general idea (‘We want to do something special for our anniversary’) but aren’t sure about specifics. We help you figure out what destination and experience would be the best fit for your goals, preferences, and budget.
How far in advance should I start planning?
For Disney and Universal trips, we recommend 6-12 months in advance, especially if you’re traveling during peak times like spring break or holidays. Cruises can sometimes be booked closer to departure. That said, we’ve planned amazing last-minute trips too—it’s never too late to reach out.
What if i've already started planning on my own?
That’s okay! We can take over from wherever you are—whether you’ve just started researching or already have some pieces booked. We’ll help you fill in the gaps, optimize what you have, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Cost & Payment
How much do your services cost?
Our services are completely free. You pay the same price you would if you booked directly with Disney, Universal, the cruise line, etc.—but you get all of our expertise, planning support, and personalized service at no additional cost. We’re compensated through our partnerships with travel suppliers, which means there’s no extra charge to you.
Is there really no catch?
Really! No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Travel suppliers (like Disney and cruise lines) pay us a commission when we book trips, which is how we stay in business. You get expert planning and support for free, and we get to do work we love. It’s truly a win-win.
How do I pay for my trip?
You pay the travel suppliers directly (Disney, the cruise line, etc.) according to their standard payment schedules. We coordinate everything and let you know when payments are due. Most trips require a deposit upfront and final payment 30-60 days before departure.
Can you help me stay within my budget?
Absolutely. We’ll ask about your budget early on and build your trip around it. We’re transparent about costs and never push you beyond what you’re comfortable spending. Our goal is to create the best possible experience within your budget—not to upsell you.

How do I start planning my vacation?

How long does planning take?
It depends on the complexity of your trip, but typically 1-2 weeks from our initial conversation to having a complete plan ready to book. Rush timelines are possible for urgent trips. We work at your pace and won’t rush you into decisions.
Will I have the same person throughout the process?
Yes! You’ll work with one dedicated advisor from start to finish. They’ll learn your family’s preferences, remember your priorities, and be your go-to person for everything. No being passed around or repeating yourself—just one person who knows you and cares about your trip.
What if I need to make changes after booking?
We handle all changes and adjustments. Need to modify dining reservations? Add another day? Adjust your itinerary? Just let us know and we’ll take care of it. We’re here for the entire journey, not just the initial booking.
During Your Trip
What kind of support do I get during my trip?
You’ll have direct access to your advisor throughout your trip. If plans change, something goes wrong, or you just have a question, you can reach out and we’ll help resolve it. We also proactively monitor for any issues (weather, closures, etc.) that might affect your trip.
What if something goes wrong on my trip?
Call or text your advisor immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible—whether that’s rebooking a missed reservation, finding alternative accommodations, or advocating on your behalf with the travel supplier. You’re not dealing with problems alone.
Can I make last-minute changes while I'm there?
Yes! Want to add a dining reservation? Change your plans for the day? We can help coordinate changes in real-time. While we can’t guarantee availability for same-day requests, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
Destinations & Experiences
What destinations do you specialize in?
We specialize in Disney destinations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Adventures by Disney), Universal Orlando, and premium cruise lines (Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages). We also plan trips to Disneyland Paris and can help with other destinations on request.
Do you only plan Disney trips?
No! While Disney is a specialty of ours, we also plan Universal vacations, luxury cruises, beach resorts, and other experiences. If it involves making memories with the people you love, we’re here to help plan it.
Can you help with international travel?
Yes, we plan international trips including Disneyland Paris, Adventures by Disney worldwide itineraries, and international cruises. For other international destinations, reach out and we’ll let you know if we’re the right fit.

Absolutely. We have experience planning trips for guests with mobility challenges, autism, sensory sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and other special needs. We’ll coordinate accessibility services, identify sensory-friendly options, and plan around your family’s specific requirements.
Do you plan trips for large groups?
Yes! We love coordinating multi-family trips, reunions, milestone celebrations, and other group travel. We handle group logistics, collect everyone’s information, coordinate accommodations, and make sure no one feels like the ‘organizer’ who has to manage everything.
Can you help plan a surprise trip?
We love surprise trips! We’ll work with you to keep everything confidential and help coordinate the big reveal. Whether it’s a surprise proposal, birthday trip, or just-because getaway, we’ll make sure all the details are handled discreetly.
What if i'm a first-time visitor and feel overwhelmed?
